Hi, I’m Sammy Taylor.
I’m a primary school teacher, literacy coach and mum of four amazing VCOP kids. I am also the proud owner of Andrell Education Australasia, where I run training on Big Write, Big Talk and VCOP.
I am a passionate educator, but I found teaching writing difficult. I just felt I didn’t have all the tools I needed to make it as successful as it could be for my students. I was better at teaching Math, Science and PE. I knew I could do better and wanted only the best for the students in my care.
Skip to my year abroad teaching in the UK, where I fell in love with a concept called VCOP that would change my life (and many of my student’s lives as well). 15 years later, I still have to pinch myself. I can’t believe I can make writing so much fun for both the students and myself. So, I want to share my passion and resources with you.
